Home Try-On VS. Rental

Home Try-On is a three day trial period which allows you a quick peek at your potential details. You’ll see the true details and quality of the product before you buy or rent (accessories only). Items for your Home Try-On may not always be available in every color. Don’t worry. We’ll send our swatches along to help you pick the best color.

Rentals are available for accessories only. They arrive on a weekday before your event and are yours to rock for 15 days. This will be plenty of time to fit in photos, travel, and festivities before you send it on back. The price of each rental is listed on the product page.

Home Try-Ons

As many as you'd like! You may choose from any category: Dresses, Veils, Belts & Sashes. Our bridal gowns and accessories are designed to complement each other. Try one of each for a polished and finished wedding day look.

It simply depends on availability. If you have questions, shoot us an email or just check out a similar style.

Absolutely. We’re all about that color match. We happily provide fabric, ribbon and/or tulle swatches in every Home Try-On. If you skip the Home Try-On but still want a color match, shoot us a message to request a swatch card delivery.

Our Home Try-Ons are only available in certain sizes and colors. Color swatches will be included in each box to help with color match.

It will arrive to you by 8pm (EST) on a Tuesday. You will send it back by 8pm (EST) Thursday. That’s two to three days, we suppose. Just depends on how you slice it.

For Home Try-On, we only deliver on Tuesdays. After a few days to check the pieces with your wedding dress, you’ll have the box back on the truck by Thursday.

Please do! We’re invested in your perfect fit, feel, and look. Take your Home Try-On along to help you get the full picture.

Your Home Try-On will include a prepaid return label. We like to keep your stress at a minimum. When you’re done with the trial, seal up the box, slap on our return label, and drop it off at your nearest USPS location.

To serve as many brides as we can, we’ve got to run a tight ship. Home Try Ons not shipped back by 8pm (EST) are considered late. Each late item will incur a late fee.

Rentals (Only Available for Accessories)

1. Select Your Style
Adorn your dress with the perfect details. Shop our collection for the perfect accessory that brings your look to life. For inspiration and expert opinions, chat with a stylist to put all the pieces together.

2. Choose Rental Dates
Use the Rental Calendar to select a delivery date that covers all your plans. The accessories are yours from delivery to return, 15 days in all.

3. Receive & Rock It
Pop some champagne and pull on your gown. Your rental is here! On the date you chose, your details are delivered. Wear those couture details with pride. Your something borrowed AND something new!

4. Return or Keep
If you’re really ready to part with your pieces, stick them back in the box, pop on the prepaid shipping label, and send them back. If, however, you fall in love with your bespoke details, please keep what made you swoon. You’ll simply pay the difference, and that once rental is now your very own. From this day forward.

Even our rentals are made-to-order, just for you. To ensure enough time for crafting and delivery of each bridal accessory, please reserve your rental at least 4 weeks before you need it.

The rental pieces are yours for 15 days. Use the calendar to select a specific time frame that works for you. After that, you may either return or purchase the piece.

Only Weekdays. Our rentals are traveling to you, so they can only arrive on business days. Monday-Friday, they’ll be at your door. Don’t worry though. You keep the rental for 15 days, so you will have two full weekends to love it.

Rentals are not eligible for cancellation. If you would like a little more confidence before you rent, check out our Home Try On.

15 days is the maximum time for a rental. We do not offer extensions. Well, except the option to buy. That’s basically a forever extension.

Life happens! We understand that accidents or basic wear and tear could damage your rental. Take a deep breath, and rent stress free.

Just like the Home Try On, your Rental Box will include a USPS prepaid return label. Please seal your items in the box, stick on the return label, and drop it off at the nearest USPS no later than 8pm (EST) on the Rental Return Date specified.

Late-returned pieces are purchased pieces. If your rental items are not returned by the “Return Date”, we have good news and bad.
Good news,you get to keep those stunning pieces forever. Bad news, you’ll be charged the full purchase price (minus the rental fee, of course).

Of course you can. We’ll celebrate with you. Email team@novabridal.com or live chat us to tell us you’re keeping it. We’ll subtract your rental price from the purchase price of your item and charge the remainder to your original payment method.So basically, your rental turns into a down payment.

All purchases are final sale. Our complimentary Home Try On service is always available prior to any commitment.

Sizing/Measurements

We don’t believe in confining our brides to a size chart. Each of our gowns is lovingly made to order using your exact measurements to ensure a stress-free
sizing experience.

We provide our brides with video tutorials guiding them through the measurement process to achieve true confidence and peace of mind. Our stylists are available for 1:1 consultations during the measurement process.

Once your order is received our expert pattern makers will review your measurements for accuracy and you will be contacted if any further clarification is needed.

Although our gowns are made to your measurements, slight alterations and hemming may be needed. We recommend finding a local alterations specialist who will be able to make any minor adjustments needed to ensure your gown is a perfect fit. To find the right size, measure around the circumference of your waist. Wherever you’d like the belt to rest is the exact place you should measure. For fuller gowns, make sure to measure with dress on.

Cathedral Length Veils– 108″, Width – 108″  
Fingertip Length Veils– 42”, Width – 72”

Veils with blushers will come circular cut with a 30" blusher.

Length of beading varies for each veil style, please reference the product details for exact measurements.

Shipping

Standard delivery for accessories is 4 weeks.

Standard delivery for gowns is 10 weeks. Rush delivery of 8 weeks is available for an additional $150.
