Shipping & Returns
We are big fans of free standard shipping, and we’re guessing you are too. Once your order is completed and ready to ship, all orders ship with 2-5 day delivery to any United States destination.
Delivery Times:
•Home Try-Ons: Your items will be delivered to you the Tuesday after you order. You’ll send your Home Try-On back to us on Thursday.
•Rentals: We recommend reserving your wedding accessories at least one month before your preferred delivery date.
•Purchases: Standard delivery for bridal separates and accessories is 4 weeks. Standard delivery for dresses is 10 weeks. Rush delivery of 8 weeks is available for an additional $150.
Each purchase is crafted uniquely for you. The details take time. To ensure plenty of time for crafting and delivery, we recommend ordering your wedding dress at least 3 months before your wedding date to ensure time for any alterations that might be needed.
•Home Try-On: After their Tuesday delivery, Home Try-Ons must be returned via USPS on Thursday by 8pm (EST) to avoid additional fees. Think of this as a quick fitting before you order your perfect piece.
•Rentals: Our returns are easy, free, and painless. Just follow these two simple steps: Include all received pieces in the return box to avoid extra charge. To avoid additional fees, Rentals must be dropped off at a USPS location by 8pm (EST) on the return date listed in your box.
•Dress, Veil, & Belt Purchases: All dresses, veils, and belts are made to order for you and final sale. We don’t accept returns, so our Home Try-On can help you finalize your choices with total confidence.
•Bridal Separates & Glove Purchases: We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Items should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Only returns using our approved return label will be liable for insurance where proof of collection is provided. Please email us at team@novabridal.com to request your return label. Once your return is received, it will be thoroughly inspected in accordance with our Returns Policy. Once accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your return and refund.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us at team@novabridal.com. We will happily provide you with assistance.
*Note: Every piece we send is handmade-to-order, even the rentals. You can expect slight variations (but not defects) due to their custom nature. You are unique, so are your details!
